Legal and trust information
Service Agreement
The signed order form identifies the parties, selected plan, locations, start date, fees, taxes, billing cycle, approvers and any special terms. That accepted document controls the purchased service.
Effective date: 15 August 2026
Scope and client responsibilities
We provide only the recurring and one-time work expressly included in the selected plan and order form. Work outside scope requires written approval and may require a revised fee. Campaign limits refer to managed campaigns, not individual ads.
The client provides accurate business facts, licences and disclosures, suitable assets, timely approvals, authorised access, relevant website or landing pages, and direct payment of Google ad spend and stated third-party charges.
Account ownership and access
The client remains owner or co-owner of its Google Business Profile and owner of its advertising and website accounts. MYDGID-GMB works through delegated access and does not request passwords or OTPs.
Access is used only for the agreed service, recorded and reviewed. Following a valid termination request and security verification, permissions are removed within the applicable provider-policy timeframe.
Approvals
The order identifies actions requiring approval, including sensitive business facts, reputation-sensitive replies, campaign activation, material budget changes and agreed website publication. Delayed approval may delay delivery and does not authorise automatic publication.
Fees and advertising spend
Management fees, taxes and payment dates are stated in the order. Google ad spend is separate, belongs to the client's billing account and is paid directly by the client. Google Business Profile itself is available without a MYDGID-GMB management fee.
Provider dependency and reporting
Google and other providers control eligibility, verification, approvals, interfaces, quotas, enforcement and availability. We do not bypass policies, use fake reviews, create misleading locations or promise platform outcomes.
Reports identify source, period and context and keep GBP, Ads and website data distinguishable. Attribution settings, consent, corrections and missing tracking may change reported values.
Data, intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party protects confidential information and uses it only for the agreement, legal compliance and service security. Client records are separated through organisation and permission controls.
The client retains pre-existing business information, brand assets and account data. Agreed rights in paid client-specific deliverables are stated in the order, excluding our pre-existing software, methods, templates and third-party material.
Suspension and termination
Affected work may be paused for overdue payment, revoked access, unsafe instructions, unlawful content, provider restrictions or material security risk, with reasonable notice where practicable. Client-owned profiles are never held hostage.
A monthly service may be cancelled by giving at least 7 calendar days' written notice before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active paid service period, stops future scheduled work, triggers access removal and applies the documented retention and deletion process. Liability and dispute terms are completed in the signed agreement.
