Data Deletion and Account Disconnection

Available requests
You may request correction, completion, export, account disconnection, consent withdrawal or deletion, subject to applicable law and verification. Organisation and location records require proof that the requester is authorised to act for the business.
Google account disconnection
Disconnecting a Google account stops future authorised synchronisation and scheduled writes for that connection. It does not delete the client's Google account, Business Profile, Ads account or provider-held data.
Retention exceptions
Deletion applies to information controlled by MYDGID-GMB and is subject to legal, tax, invoice, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and backup-retention requirements. We explain information that must be retained and the reason. Backup copies expire under the documented schedule.
Response and escalation
We send a completion notice or a reasoned response to the verified requester. An unresolved privacy concern may be escalated through the support and privacy contacts published on the website.
