Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MYDGID-GMB handles personal information from website visitors, prospective clients and authorised service users.
Effective date: 15 August 2026
Who we are
MYDGID-GMB is an independent managed-marketing service brand operated in India by the legal entity identified on this page. The applicable proposal, order form and invoice state the contracting and billing particulars for each paid service.
Privacy enquiries and grievances may be sent to the contacts shown on this website.
Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact details; business and location information; enquiry, audit and onboarding information; service communications and approvals; account-access records; invoices and payment status; consent and security logs; and performance information from services you authorise us to access.
Do not send Google passwords, one-time passwords, payment-card credentials, Aadhaar information or unrelated sensitive documents through our forms. Payment providers process card or bank information under their own terms.
Sources and purposes
Information may come from you, an authorised representative, public business sources, connected accounts after authorisation, cookies used with your choice, and providers supporting hosting, communications, payment, security or reporting.
We use information to respond to enquiries and audits; assess suitability; prepare proposals; operate authorised services; record approvals; provide reports, invoices and support; protect accounts; prevent abuse; meet legal and accounting obligations; and send optional marketing only where permitted and separately consented to.
Sharing and international processing
We share information only as reasonably required with authorised personnel, providers you ask us to manage, and contracted hosting, communications, payment, analytics, security, storage or professional-service providers. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process information outside India. Where applicable, we assess provider terms and use organisational, contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.
Retention and security
Public enquiry records are ordinarily retained for up to 365 days unless an active service, legal, tax, security, dispute or consent record requires a different period. Service and invoice records follow the applicable agreement and lawful recordkeeping requirements.
We use encrypted transport, protected credentials, role-based access, client separation, logs, backups and operational review. No internet system is completely risk-free, and users remain responsible for securing their own accounts and devices.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request information about processing, correction, completion, erasure, withdrawal of consent or grievance handling. We may retain limited records required for invoices, law, fraud prevention, security or legal claims.
The service is intended for businesses and adults authorised to act for them. We do not knowingly market the service to children. Material policy changes will be published with an updated effective date.
