What to Measure in a Monthly GBP Report

A monthly report should connect completed management work with profile signals and customer actions without mixing unrelated sources.

Document delivery before interpreting outcomes

List approved fact changes, posts, media, responses, monitoring findings and resolved issues. This separates what the provider completed from outcomes influenced by demand and third-party systems.

State the source and reporting period

Profile actions, website analytics, call measurement and Ads conversions can use different attribution rules. Every chart or number needs its source, period and material tracking limitation.

Finish with decisions

Highlight unusual changes, unresolved access or policy issues, service demand observations and the next priorities. Reporting should support an approval or operating decision, not only fill a dashboard.
